Key Responsibilities:
· Participates in Pre-Production meetings, with follow-up as necessary
· Conducts during-production (DUPRO) inspections
· Assesses & improves factory Quality Mgt. Systems
· Conducts failure investigations & root cause analysis
· Assist factories in developing Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and oversees implementation
· Travels with Sourcing or others to assist in factory evaluation
Job Requirements:
· Undergraduate Degree or equivalent level in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, or Related Field
· Lean manufacturing (helpful, not required)
· Minimum 1 year’s work experience, fresh graduate also can be considered
· Factory QA/QC; process or production
· Requires strong communication skills
